On the morning of June 2, the Central working delegation led by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited and offered incense at Ba Doc Martyrs Cemetery (Ly Trach Commune, Bo Trach District). The delegation also included Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac, Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang, Deputy Minister of National Defense Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, and representatives of leaders of ministries, central agencies and Quang Binh province.

In front of the martyrs' monument, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation respectfully offered incense, laid wreaths and observed a moment of silence to express their infinite gratitude and deep appreciation to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
Next, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and delegates burned incense on each grave of martyrs resting at Ba Doc Martyrs Cemetery.

Immediately after the ceremony to visit Ba Doc Martyrs Cemetery, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation offered incense to General Vo Nguyen Giap's tomb in Vung Chua - Yen Island (Quang Dong commune, Quang Trach district).
As a legendary general, a military genius, an excellent and close student of President Ho Chi Minh, the eldest brother of the Vietnam People's Army, General Vo Nguyen Giap is the pride of the Vietnamese people in general and his hometown Quang Binh in particular. With a passionate love for his country and his outstanding military talent, the General devoted his whole life to national independence, building and defending the Fatherland.
