On December 29, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term XI, 2021-2026, held the 34th meeting to deploy tasks for 2024. At the meeting, delegates approved the plan to implement key tasks in 2024 of the Standing Committee and committees of the Provincial People's Council; the working program of the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation in 2024; the plan to implement the supervision program of the People's Council, the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the committees of the Provincial People's Council in 2024 with a number of key tasks: Organizing sessions of the Provincial People's Council to ensure legal regulations; proactively coordinating to improve the quality of drafting and promulgating resolutions of the Provincial People's Council at sessions; maintaining and improving the quality of content of organizing regular meetings of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to ensure regulations; quarterly, organizing meetings of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to question and explain a number of contents and fields that are still limited, not resolved thoroughly, satisfactorily, prolonged, causing frustration and prominence among voters and people. At the meeting, the Economic - Budget Committee reported and asked the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation for guidance on the following contents: Project to adjust the overall master plan for Loi Hai urban construction (Thuan Bac) to 2030; the implementation status of the Ca Na LNG Project.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade HO! Standing Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Standing Committee, committees, groups and each delegate of the Provincial People's Council to uphold the spirit of responsibility to successfully complete the programs and plans set out for 2024.
