Bien Ho commune was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population size of 4 communes: Nghia Hung, Ha Bau, Chu Dang Ya, Bien Ho. After the arrangement, Bien Ho commune has a total natural area of 170.44 km 2 .

The whole commune has 40 hamlets and villages; population size is 40,983 people, of which ethnic minorities account for over 41%.

Recently, the commune has issued documents to lead and direct the operation of the organizational apparatus after the merger; assign and arrange cadres, civil servants and public employees to ensure the performance of tasks.

The Commune Public Administration Service Center operates effectively, creating conditions for people to easily access, reducing time and costs when handling administrative procedures at the local level.

Making recommendations to the working delegation, the representative of the commune leader requested the Provincial People's Committee to issue a document assigning the task of clearing the land for the Eastern economic corridor road section through Nghia Hung commune (old) so that the commune has a basis for implementation; support funding, invest in building traffic infrastructure; and soon deploy the master plan for the construction of Bien Ho - Chu Dang Ya tourist area.

In addition, the People's Committee of the commune also requested departments and branches to pay attention to coordinating and supporting the commune to speed up the progress of adjusting the commune's general planning.
