Standing Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee met to celebrate the 99th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee sent best wishes and acknowledged the efforts of the press management and orientation agencies, news agencies, press and the team of journalists, reporters, editors and journalists in the province in the past time.

Currently, the province has about 20 central and local news agencies and newspapers. In recent years, the press work and activities of journalists in the province have achieved many important results, actively contributing to the successful implementation of the province's key political tasks; creating consensus in society, strengthening the trust of cadres, party members and people in the leadership of Party committees at all levels, the management and administration of authorities at all levels, making many important contributions to the development of the province.

Representatives of the province's press agencies respectfully thank the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province, departments, branches, organizations, and localities in the province for their attention, direction, guidance, and coordination in creating a favorable environment and conditions for press agencies and journalists to operate and work.

Sharing thoughts, aspirations, difficulties, hardships and even pressures in carrying out information and propaganda tasks, representatives of press agencies also made a number of proposals and recommendations to the provincial leaders such as: Approving technical economic norms, unit prices and developing a project to develop Ninh Binh Newspaper in the coming time; paying attention to arranging a full-time Vice President of the Provincial Journalists Association in the new term; innovating the financial management mechanism in press agencies in the province; paying attention to providing official, timely, accurate and objective information to the team of reporters to create quality press works.

To continue promoting the role and mission of the press in the revolutionary cause of the Party, the renewal of the country and the province, at the meeting with the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Mai Van Tuat requested press agencies to continue to perform their functions and tasks well; do a good job of consulting and coordinating with press agencies at the central and local levels.

Continue to innovate the content, form and structure of the newspaper and radio and television programs, step by step improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda work, maintain political orientation; proactively and actively advise on building a team of management staff to meet the requirements of press development; coordinate in advising and proposing regimes and policies to attract good journalists to work in the province.

Regularly take care of the material and spiritual life of cadres, members, reporters, editors, and employees, creating conditions for everyone to work with peace of mind and complete assigned tasks well so that each person is truly a soldier on the Party's ideological and cultural front.

Focus on coordinating and advising on the implementation of the Digital Transformation Strategy for the press until 2025, with a vision to 2030, building the province's press agencies in a professional, humane, and modern direction; fulfilling the mission of information and propaganda to serve the political tasks of Ninh Binh province; ensuring the role of leading and orienting public opinion.

Focus on comprehensively propagating events and activities in the political-economic, cultural-social, defense-security fields of the country and the province. Step up propaganda about party congresses at all levels, towards the 23rd Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with educating and propagating the implementation of the contents of the Provincial Urban Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050...

Strive to have many valuable and high-quality journalistic works serving the political tasks of the province and participate in the National Journalism Award on Party building, the Political Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation and other journalism awards organized by the Central Committee.

Departments, branches, sectors, districts and cities must properly implement regulations on speaking and providing information to press agencies; closely coordinate with news agencies and press to properly perform propaganda tasks.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department continues to perform well its role as an advisory body to the Provincial Party Committee in directing and guiding press agencies to operate in accordance with their objectives and legal regulations, actively fight against hostile and erroneous viewpoints, fake news, toxic news, and bad news; coordinate to effectively implement the tasks of the Provincial and District Steering Committees 35 and the Steering Committee for External Information Work in the province.

The Department of Information and Communications continues to perform well its advisory function to the Provincial People's Committee in State management of the press. Actively coordinate and support local press agencies in implementing the digital transformation strategy in press activities until 2025, with a vision to 2030 in the province, contributing to promoting the province's socio-economic development.
