Thuy Linh and Huyen Trang became champions of The Voice of Hanoi 2024

(Dan Tri) - After days of exciting competition, the Organizing Committee of the 2024 Hanoi Voice Contest awarded first prize to contestants Bui Huyen Trang and Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh.

On the evening of November 28, the final round of the Hanoi Voice 2024 contest took place at the Hanoi Opera House, with performances by 12 excellent singers.

The competition night also featured guest artists such as: People's Artist Thanh Lam, Meritorious Artist Dang Duong and singer Tung Duong... who brought outstanding performances, making the musical "party" at the final night of The Voice of Hanoi 2024 even more brilliant.

This year's contest attracted more than 400 registered contestants. After the preliminary and semi-final rounds, 12 excellent contestants entered the final night.

The contestants performed with the band with many attractive and colorful performances, revealing their singing talent and potential.

Among them, there were many songs about Hanoi that were performed excellently by the contestants in the final night such as: Hanoi, my love (performed by Doan Ngoc Linh); A piece of the Red River (performed by Mac Hoang Luong); Afternoon eyes of West Lake (performed by Nguyen Minh Phuong); Legend of Hoan Kiem Lake (performed by Nguyen Tran Hieu); October emotions (performed by Phan Trung Kien); medley Hanoians - Hanoi, faith and hope (performed by Luu Thi Huong Thao)...

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded first prize in the chamber music category to contestant Bui Huyen Trang and first prize in the light music category to contestant Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh. Each contestant received a prize of 100 million VND.

Three second prizes went to contestants: Mai Nguyen Anh (light music); Dinh Xuan Dat, Phan Trung Kien (chamber music).

Five third prizes went to contestants: Nguyen Minh Phuong (folk music); Doan Ngoc Linh, Mac Hoang Luong, Le Thanh Tung (light music); Nguyen Tran Hieu (chamber music).

The Hanoi Voice Contest 2024, organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, is a practical activity to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024) and 1014 years of Thang Long - Hanoi.

The contest is not only an artistic playground, but also an opportunity for contestants as well as Hanoi people to review the heroic history and arouse love and pride for their homeland in each person.
