Towards this important political event, in all localities in the province, many cultural, artistic and sports activities have been, are and will be held enthusiastically, creating an exciting atmosphere among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.

Spreading the atmosphere of celebrating the Party Congress

Since the beginning of September 2025, Dong Nai Arts Theater has continuously organized music and dance programs with many themes such as: Heroic Marks; Melody of My Fatherland... with dozens of music and dance performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho and the love for the homeland, country, people and land of Dong Nai. In addition, the theater also performed live and online the reformed operas: Cai Quoc Chan Hung, Hao Khi Hoan Chau to serve people inside and outside the province.

Deputy Director of Dong Nai Art Theater Nguyen Viet Bac said: In addition to the performance of music, dance and reformed opera, the theater is currently practicing the Art Program to welcome the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030. This special Art Program is elaborately staged by the artists and actors of the unit, both serving to propagate political tasks and meeting the people's need to enjoy art. Thereby, contributing to spreading the spirit of excitement, trust in the leadership of the Party, affirming the unique cultural identity of Dong Nai in the period of integration and development.

At Dong Nai Library, Dong Nai Museum ( Binh Phuoc Ward and Tan Trieu Ward) are continuing to display books and historical documents of the Provincial Party Committee through the periods, serving readers (from Tuesday to Saturday), serving people and tourists visiting museum exhibitions (from Monday to Sunday). In particular, Binh Phuoc 3D Cultural Space is serving online the need to learn about Dong Nai culture and history via the link: https://baotang3d.binhphuoc.gov.vn. The management board of historical relics and scenic spots in the province is renovating and decorating flags and billboards to create a solemn atmosphere, spreading the joyful spirit to welcome the important political event of the province and the country.

Director of Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center Ton Thi Thanh Tinh said: Currently, the unit is continuing to develop an exhibition plan and practice a mobile propaganda art program to welcome the congress. The highest goal of cultural and artistic activities is to arouse the spirit of solidarity, belief, national pride, creating opportunities for people to access and enjoy rich and meaningful cultural and spiritual values. The activities also contribute to spreading the image of a dynamic Dong Nai, rich in revolutionary traditions and aspirations to rise strongly in the new period.

Efforts to bring culture to serve the grassroots

The activities to welcome the Party Congress are also focused on by the Dong Nai Cultural - Cinema Center by bringing cinema closer to the people through 7 mobile film screening teams. Currently, the teams are screening many outstanding works such as: documentary film Vietnam Glory (episodes 1, 2), Special Companion; Vietnamese feature film Flip Side; animated film Legend of the Poinsettia Flower, Damaged Chicken Feather... These films are carefully selected, suitable for each audience, from children, people in remote areas, ethnic minority areas, new rural communes, border communes to workers in industrial parks.

To introduce the outstanding achievements of Dong Nai province in various fields at the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to plan the exhibition. The exhibition includes images, handicraft products, OCOP products; typical highlights of Dong Nai province in various fields: economy, culture, society, national defense - security...

In many communes and wards, competitions, mass art performances, and sports competitions were also held, attracting enthusiastic participation from the people. This is an opportunity for the community to express their love for their homeland and pride in Dong Nai's revolutionary tradition. Some communes such as Nhon Trach and Long Thanh are renaming hobby art and sports clubs according to the new commune-level model, improving operational efficiency.

Chairman of the Dong Nai Province Amateur Music Club Pham Lo said: The club is practicing new pieces about the Party, Uncle Ho and the Dong Nai region after the merger to prepare for exchanges and performances to serve the people, especially in remote areas to welcome the congress. Not only bringing the public sweet melodies imbued with the Southern style, the amateur songs also convey confidence, pride and solidarity towards the Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
