The North-South Expressway project in the West, Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh section, is over 100km long, with a total reclaimed area of over 940ha. By the end of September 2025, the Dong Nai Provincial Land Fund Development Center, Chon Thanh branch, had transferred documents to communes and wards for 371/594 land plots with an area of over 100ha, the remaining documents will be delivered before October 30.

Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center, Dong Xoai Branch, has transferred 268/956 land plots, the remaining files will be completed before October 15. Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center, Dong Phu Branch, has transferred 298/1,078 files, the remaining files are expected to be completed before October 12. Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center, Bu Dang Branch, has completed confirming the origin of 457/1,388 plots, the remaining files will be completed before October 15.

It is expected that by October 30, the relevant parties will continue to transfer documents to the People's Committees of communes and wards to determine the origin of the recovered land, assets attached to the recovered land and other related contents. The Provincial Land Fund Development Center also said that it will focus on mobilizing the handover of the site before the prescribed time, specifically by October 30, it will reach 60% or more.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha said: The North-South Expressway project, West section Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh, when completed, will promote socio -economic development in the North of Dong Nai province. Therefore, the province considers compensation and site clearance work for this project as a key step to push the project to its early completion.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha emphasized: Quang Trung campaign will be deployed - lightning fast 90 days and nights to complete site clearance for the North - South Expressway Project, West section Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh. In particular, in October 2025, the relevant parties must determine and complete the land origin, land price list... Leaders of 10 related communes and wards must actively participate; must actively work on weekends, even set up delegations to campaign in the evening to encourage people to hand over the site soon.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the localities: Bu Dang, Phuoc Son, Tho Son, Nghia Trung, Dong Tam, Tan Loi , Binh Phuoc, Dong Xoai, Nha Bich, Chon Thanh to send responsible and professional people to mobilize, explain to the people to understand and agree on the work of handing over the site. The Department of Industry and Trade must coordinate with the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to relocate electricity and water infrastructure... and as soon as there is clean land, the infrastructure relocation work must be completed.
