On the morning of October 6, in Tuy Hoa ward, the Dak Lak Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies held a conference to review the results of activities in the first 9 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 3 months of 2025.

Disbursement of 3,731 billion VND to more than 62,500 households borrowing capital
According to the report at the conference, since the beginning of the year, closely following the motto of "Understanding the people, serving wholeheartedly, improving efficiency, sustainable development", the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has proactively and actively implemented many solutions to carry out assigned tasks; recognized by the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies as a unit that has excellently completed its tasks in the first 9 months of the year.
As of September 30, 2025, the total policy credit capital in the province reached more than VND 14,335 billion, an increase of VND 1,424 billion compared to the end of 2024, an increase of more than VND 478 billion compared to June 30, 2025. Of which, capital from the Central Government accounts for nearly 92%, the rest is capital entrusted from the local budget and capital mobilized from organizations, individuals, and deposits through savings and loan groups.
Notably, local entrusted capital reached more than VND 1,163 billion, an increase of nearly VND 247 billion compared to December 31, 2024, accounting for 8.1% of total capital, reaching 190% of the plan assigned by the Central Government.

In the past 9 months, the branch has disbursed VND3,731 billion to 62,541 poor and near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries. Of which, more than 5,800 poor households, 5,300 near-poor households and 7,400 households that have just escaped poverty have access to capital to invest in production and business; 17,349 workers have jobs; 392 students with difficult circumstances have received loans for study; nearly 20,000 clean water and rural environmental sanitation works have been built; 5,407 households have borrowed capital for production and business in difficult areas; 436 ethnic minority households have received support for housing and career conversion...
Total outstanding debt as of September 30, 2025 reached VND 13,876 billion, an increase of more than VND 1,032 billion compared to the end of 2024, an increase of more than VND 145.5 billion compared to June 30, 2025; growth rate of more than 8%, with 251,557 customers with outstanding debt. Overdue debt accounts for 0.08%.

Policy credit programs have had positive impacts on households in remote areas, ethnic minority areas; integrated with agricultural and forestry extension work, crop and livestock conversion, helping to increase productivity and income for the poor and other policy beneficiaries. Thereby, contributing significantly to the implementation of the goal of sustainable poverty reduction, new rural construction and socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the province.
Strive to complete the credit plan in October
Promoting the achieved results, in the last 3 months of the year, the Dak Lak Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies will focus on flexibly managing the capital plan, ensuring capital reaches the right beneficiaries, not leaving capital stagnant; striving to basically complete the credit growth plan by October 30, 2025.
Along with that, the branch focuses on improving credit quality, consolidating the operations of savings and loan groups; maintaining a stable network with 287 transaction points at the headquarters of the People's Committee at the commune level or cultural houses, community activity houses... in villages and residential groups, helping people access capital conveniently.

In addition to professional activities, the branch also strengthens its advice to local Party committees and authorities to effectively implement Directive No. 39-CT/TW dated October 30, 2024 of the Secretariat on strengthening leadership of social policy credit work in the new period; coordinates with relevant departments and branches to advise the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the Credit Project for poor households and other policy beneficiaries using local budget capital in Dak Lak province for the period 2026 - 2030...
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Dao Thai Hoa, Director of the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, acknowledged and commended the efforts of the entire branch in maintaining a stable, effective and smooth network of operations after the administrative unit rearrangement.
