Specifically, in Official Dispatch No. 4971/UBND-KGVX9 dated September 20, 2025 regarding the inspection and review of the content of Nhan Dan Electronic Newspaper published on September 19, 2025 ( Phu Tho : The school is too old, threatening the safety of teachers and students) reflecting the degradation of school buildings and items, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province directed as follows:

The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Finance to review and inspect all facilities of high schools in the old Vinh Phuc area, report to the Provincial People's Committee before September 25, 2025; propose solutions to ensure facilities for schools in the new school year.

Assign the Department of Education and Training to direct schools to set warnings for degraded items and dangerous areas (if any); absolutely do not use facilities that do not ensure quality to organize teaching and learning; propose the Provincial People's Committee to renovate, repair, and rebuild degraded items, arranging them in order of priority in 2026 and the medium-term public investment period 2026-2030.
