TKV to consume more than 34 million tons of coal from the beginning of 2025

In October 2025, TKV plans to produce 2.95 million tons of raw coal; produce 3.3 million tons of clean coal; consume more than 3.6 million tons, of which coal for electricity production is 2.715 million tons.

It is expected that in October 2025, the regional and world economic and political situation will continue to have many unpredictable fluctuations, negatively affecting global trade and domestic production industries as well as TKV's production and business activities.

In addition, the weather in October is forecast to continue to be complicated, with many storms and rains, which are not favorable for coal and mineral exploitation activities. Coal demand for thermal power plants remains low. Lump coal and high-quality coal inventories remain high.

TKV will continue to closely follow the plan targets, strictly implement operational discipline, resolutely and synchronously deploy solutions, and strive to complete targets to meet the requirements and growth targets under the direction of the Government .
