Employees are the direct force that creates economic value, nurtures corporate culture, promotes innovation, and contributes to the overall growth and development of the enterprise. Throughout the process of formation and development, Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution has always strived to care for and protect legitimate rights and build welfare for employees. This is considered one of the important premises, contributing to the continuous development of Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution, affirming its reputation and brand. Recently, Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution was honored to be one of 52 enterprises honored by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation as "Outstanding Enterprise for Employees" in 2024.

Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution is one of four microfinance institutions licensed by the State Bank, operating mainly in the following areas: Credit granting, deposit receiving, money transfer services, collection and payment services, financial consulting services related to microfinance activities, insurance agency for microfinance clients (poor households, low-income households and micro-enterprises).

Only enterprises with good "physical strength" can "enough" to care for and protect the rights of employees. Deeply aware of that, Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institutions always upholds the spirit of determination, dynamism, and creativity to successfully complete business goals and plans with a growth rate higher year after year, operating safely and effectively, gradually becoming one of the typical Microfinance Institutions in Vietnam.

Currently, Thanh Hoa Microfinance is providing friendly and effective financial and non-financial services to customers who are poor, near-poor, vulnerable households, and micro-enterprises in 229 communes, 22 districts, towns, and cities, with a total outstanding loan balance of 468 billion VND, and a total number of borrowers of 19,755 people. Successfully mobilizing deposits from the public with the number of accounts and outstanding deposits continuously increasing. The minimum capital safety ratio is always maintained above 10%. The liquidity ratio is always maintained above 20%, ensuring compliance with the regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam .

Because of their "good health" and bright mind, Thanh Hoa Microfinance Organization always cares for, looks after, and protects the legitimate rights of employees. The organization is currently ensuring jobs and stable income for 163 officers, employees, and workers. The average income of employees increases every year, from 15.1 million VND/person/month (2019) to nearly 20.5 million VND/person/month (2023). Policies and regimes such as social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc. for employees are always guaranteed and well implemented.

In particular, in 2021-2022, when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, seriously affecting all aspects of life, the leadership of Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution has always closely followed the directives of the Prime Minister, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and the State Bank of Vietnam to well implement the dual goal of "ensuring business operations while ensuring epidemic prevention". Therefore, Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution has not had to cut staff or reduce income due to the impact of the epidemic. Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for actively participating in the COVID-19 epidemic prevention fund; Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution's Trade Union was highly appreciated by the Executive Committee of the Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Zones Trade Union of Thanh Hoa Province for "having outstanding achievements in COVID-19 prevention and control among workers, civil servants, and laborers in 2021".

As a “bridge” between employees and the leadership, the Thanh Hoa TCVM Trade Union always identifies the task of protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees as a core and continuous task in its operations. The Executive Committee has coordinated with the Thanh Hoa TCVM leadership to effectively implement the legal policies and regimes for employees.

The development and implementation of democratic regulations at the workplace are carried out regularly; annually organize labor conferences, dialogues in accordance with regulations; negotiate, sign and implement collective labor agreements. The trade union executive board regularly exchanges, grasps the situation and recommendations of employees, coordinates with employers to promptly disseminate and monitor the implementation of policies for employees such as: Dialogue with employers, adjustment of regional minimum wages according to Decree 90/2019/ND-CP of the Government, dated November 15, 2019 and salary increase regimes, allowances, work uniforms and other welfare regimes. Therefore, in the past 5 years, Thanh Hoa TCVM has not had any collective labor disputes; no complaints or denunciations; no serious or fatal labor accidents during business operations at the unit.

Not only completing its political tasks well, Thanh Hoa TCVM Trade Union also organizes internal movement activities well (Team building, study tours, sports, cooking competitions, writing competitions about TCVM in me...). Encouraging creativity as well as physical training, building solidarity among staff... Thanh Hoa TCVM Trade Union also actively participates in movements launched by all levels and sectors; pioneering in implementing social security programs...
