According to the province's functional forces, in recent times, in addition to production and business establishments and units that ensure regulations on product quality and food safety, there are still many small businesses, seasonal production, non-compliance with regulations, selling fake and counterfeit goods of unknown origin, etc. To protect the legitimate rights of consumers, the authorities have stepped up market inspection and control, and food safety inspection during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Recently, the People's Committees of Tuy Hoa and Buon Ma Thuot wards conducted inspections of compliance with business conditions and food safety for establishments producing and trading goods and food services in the area under their management; detected and took measures to handle establishments that did not ensure conditions and violated acts related to the production and trading of goods and services in the area. In addition, the provincial departments and branches also established 3 interdisciplinary inspection teams to conduct inspections in 9 wards and communes. This work has helped the authorities promptly detect, prevent, and handle violations, protecting the rights of the people.

Mr. Vuong Minh Son, Head of the Dak Lak Province Market Management Department, said that the market management teams under the unit have worked with enterprises, production and business establishments, requesting them not to trade in counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin, and to commit to complying with the provisions of the law in the production and trading of goods and services.
