Project 06 working group of provinces met to evaluate the progress of implementing electronic health books and issuing criminal records on the VNeID application.

With the spirit of drastically implementing the tasks and solutions to accelerate the completion of the tasks of Project 06 of departments, branches and localities, after a week of implementation, there have been many positive changes, bringing good signals for the completion of tasks in 2024. As of December 4, the whole province has activated more than 396,279 level 2 electronic identification accounts (EDAs), reaching 103.7% exceeding the set target. 194,150 health insurance cards and electronic health books have been integrated into EAs with level 2 EAs, reaching a rate of 50.8%, an increase of 15.54% compared to the previous week. During the week, the Department of Justice received 64 applications for issuance of LLTP certificates on VNeID, reaching 55.6%.

To continue effectively implementing the tasks of Project 06, the Working Group requested departments, branches and localities to continue focusing on implementing the tasks and solutions set out in the week. At the same time, urgently overcome existing problems and speed up the implementation of a number of tasks of Project 06 according to assigned functions and tasks. In particular, it is necessary to ensure the completion of targets in December, specifically: Activating VNeID level 2 electronic identification accounts; digitizing civil status data; digitizing land data, building land databases according to the planned roadmap; thoroughly implementing to 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees to integrate health insurance cards and electronic health books on the VNeID application. Promote propaganda about the benefits of mobile phone accounts; electronic health book benefits and the issuance of LLTP cards on the VNeID application to create consensus in society and people to participate in implementation.
