According to the report at the meeting, up to now, the province has completed connecting the LLTP card issuance system on the VNeID application and successfully experienced it on the PRO environment on the VNeID application. During the week, the Department of Justice received 43 records, processed and sent 43 records for verification, issued 37 records, is currently processing 6 records, and has no overdue records. 100% of medical examination and treatment facilities that perform health insurance examinations in the province have connected medical examination and treatment data to the Health Insurance Appraisal Data Receiving Portal, examined and treated 22,995 records. 372,375 level 2 electronic identification accounts (EDAs) have been activated, reaching 97.44% of the target assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Of which, 66,821 electronic health books have been integrated into EDAs; 84,356 health insurance cards were integrated into mobile phone accounts to serve the development of utilities on the VNeID application according to the roadmap of Project 06 in the province.
The working group of Project 06 provinces met to evaluate the progress of implementing electronic health books and issuing criminal records on the VNeID application.
However, in addition to the achieved results, there are still some shortcomings and limitations such as: Data digitization and land database construction are still slow in progress, with no signs of positive change. The work of digitizing civil registration data and transferring the database to new software has only reached 30.8%. The work of updating health insurance cards has only reached 22.07%, and the work of updating electronic health records has only reached 17.48%.
To continue effectively implementing the tasks of Project 06 in the province, the Working Group requested departments, branches and localities to continue promoting the benefits of the VNeID application, especially the benefits of electronic health books and issuance of LLTP cards on the VNeID application. Focus on implementing tasks related to the digitization of civil status data and land data. In particular, it is necessary to speed up the progress of collecting ID card application files; collecting and activating VNeID level 2 electronic identification accounts; updating electronic health books on the VNeID application to serve the implementation of Project 06 under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.
