General rehearsal of the Art Program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the evening of September 1, at Lam Son Square (Hac Thanh ward), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa province held a rehearsal report of the Art Program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

The art program with the theme " Thanh Hoa - Proud of the country" is an epic praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, praising the homeland and the innovative country; at the same time, it is a deep gratitude to the previous generations who sacrificed for independence and freedom, and at the same time affirms the aspiration to rise up and build Thanh Hoa and the country to become more and more prosperous and civilized.

The program includes performances such as: "Proud of the glorious Party"; "Praise to President Ho"; "August 19"; "Together we go as soldiers"; "We are proud to go up, oh Vietnam"; "The path we take"; "Hello, liberation army, hello, great spring victory"; "Continue the story of peace "; "Vietnam - Proudly moving forward to the future"... elaborately staged, with brilliant colors, bringing a meaningful and profound artistic space.

After the rehearsal, the Organizing Committee held a meeting to review experiences with related units and the program's production team. Thereby, further strengthening the connection between the content sections, completing the script, stage layout, decoration, ceremony, sound, billboards, LED screens...

According to the plan, the art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) will take place at 8:00 p.m. tomorrow night (September 2). After the art program, there will be a 15-minute low-altitude fireworks display, starting at 9:30 p.m.

Previously, in Plan No. 171/KH-UBND issued on August 19, 2025, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province requested units organizing art programs to ensure solemnity, meaning, safety and economy; organize low-altitude fireworks displays to ensure compliance with current legal regulations and actual situations, ensure security and order, and absolute safety in fire and explosion prevention.
