The project support council's working group works at the Ward 6 People's Committee headquarters to receive people's declarations, explain policies, draft support plans and related issues.
People can go to the above two locations to be guided on how to declare or make additional declarations and provide documents related to the cultivation process. In addition, the working group also went to each household to hand over the draft support plan. A representative of the People's Committee of Tan Binh District said that the draft support plan will clearly state the amount of money that each household will receive, and households that have made advances will receive additional support.

The working group went to each household to send plans to support people in farming.
Tan Binh District People's Committee said that this land was previously used by the French government as an antenna site. After the country's reunification, the state directly managed the entire land and the postal sector took over and managed it. In 2008, Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee assigned Tan Binh District to manage the entire land to invest in building public works.
In fact, there were some households cultivating vegetables on a part of the land and during the cultivation process, many households arbitrarily built illegal structures. By January 2019, all illegal structures were forcibly demolished to restore construction order and return the site to its original state.
Due to the fact that some households cultivate vegetables on a part of the land area, in January 2019, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee agreed to a support plan of 7,055,000 VND/m². After that, 45/124 cases agreed to the project implementation policy and received an advance support of more than 63 billion VND. For cases that did not agree and had suggestions, the local government organized for people with interests related to the land to contact and declare their previous cultivation process as a basis for receiving support money.
In addition, the People's Committee of Tan Binh District presides over and coordinates with relevant departments and branches to organize citizen receptions, synthesize people's opinions and recommendations to report to the city. By December 2022, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City adjusted the support level to 11,250,000 VND/ m2 . The People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City has allocated capital of 1,157 billion VND, of which the support cost is 573 billion VND and the construction cost is 584 billion VND to invest in the construction of 3 schools (kindergarten, primary school and secondary school) meeting national standards at the same time on the public works land of Ward 6, Tan Binh District.

The draft support plan is posted at two locations for people to easily follow.
Also according to the representative of Tan Binh District People's Committee, the locality will pay support after 20 days of posting and send support plans to each household, expected from the beginning of December 2023.
Regarding the start date of the 3 schools, the legal procedures have been fully prepared, expected to start in December 2023 and put into use on April 30, 2025. In addition to investing in 3 national standard schools, the project also combines urban beautification, expanding Hung Hoa Street to 16 m and Chan Hung Street to 12 m without affecting the land area of households.
