Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc sent his thanks and best wishes to all the staff and teachers of the Center, and expressed his hope that the teachers would continue to unite and make more efforts to fulfill their sacred mission. He also hoped that parents would accompany and care to support the children in their studies and life with the school.

On this occasion, Tuoi Tre Newspaper and Thien Tam Fund donated 408 million VND to support disadvantaged students and the Center's activities. Canh Cam Charity Fund also awarded 83 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to students in difficult circumstances.
Also at the ceremony, the Binh Chanh Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education awarded 50 scholarships to students with good academic achievements. At the same time, the Center also launched a fundraising program to support the people of the Central region who are severely affected by storms and floods.

The Binh Chanh Inclusive Education Development Support Center was established in 1998, with the original name of Binh Chanh District Semi-Concentrated School for Disabled Children. After more than two decades of operation, this unit has changed its name and location many times to suit the general development of the specialized and inclusive education sector. It is a place to care for and educate disabled children. There are currently 250 students studying here.
