This morning (December 16) at My Dinh Stadium - Hanoi , Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam (HTV) organized the Elantra Gymkhana Championship tournament within the framework of the Hyundai Experience Day 2023 event. The program takes place over 2 days, December 16 and 17, 2023. 
Instead of focusing on maximum speed, the gymkhana format focuses more on skillful vehicle control skills in a narrow range. Gymkhana is a speed sport that is easy to play in terms of both vehicles and tracks, because it does not require a special type of racetrack like F1 or World Rally. More specifically, Gymkhana vehicle control skills are suitable for traffic conditions in Vietnam. Therefore, the first Elantra Gymkhana Championship tournament has brought customers unprecedented experiences. 
At the race, customers will be able to adjust the track designed specifically for Elantra, requiring maneuvering skills as well as the ability to accelerate to complete the fastest lap without touching the pole. Accompanying the participants will be the Elantra N-line, a sports version of Elantra equipped with a 1.6 Turbo engine with a capacity of 204 horsepower and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. 
The best drivers will compete in the Elantra N, a sports sedan equipped with a series of racing car technologies. The car is equipped with a 2.0L l4 TGDi turbocharged engine with optimized shape and materials, increasing performance and durability, helping to achieve a maximum capacity of 280ps from 5,500 - 6,000 rpm and maximum torque of 392Nm from 2,100 to 4,700 rpm. 
In particular, with NGS (N Grin Shift) mode, the turbocharger pressure is temporarily increased, helping to increase the power by more than 10ps, pushing the total power to more than 290ps. This power level is maintained for 20 seconds. Not only enhancing the driving experience in engine performance, Elantra N is also equipped with an electronic limited slip differential e-LSD, N Corner Carving Differential, variable exhaust valve system and Launch Control to enhance vehicle control and add fun and excitement when driving.
