Hyundai Experience Day 2024 is coming back

On December 7-8, 2024, Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam (HTV) will organize a special brand experience program called Hyundai Experience Day 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City with the theme "Overcoming all limits".

The Hyundai Experience Day 2024 program will take place at Saigon Riverside Park, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City on December 7-8. The highlight of the event is not only the Elantra Gymkhana Championship with the opportunity to experience the Elantra N, a high-performance sedan that shares its platform with the Elantra N WTCR racing car that won the World Touring Car race four times in a row and is leading the 2024 season rankings; but also the unique experience with the IONIQ 5N Driftshow. In particular, the hot air balloon experience overlooking the city and a special music night organized for young people promise to create a colorful and explosive festival. EXPERIENCE OUTBOUND: IONIQ 5N DRIFTSHOW The highlight of Hyundai Experience Day 2024 is the driftshow on the IONIQ 5N Drift Edition electric car. This is a special car model modified on the IONIQ 5N model. Launched in July 2023 as the first electric vehicle from Hyundai N, the IONIQ 5 N represents a new segment of high-performance electric vehicles, focusing on the driver through new technologies and enhanced track capabilities, marking the first step in N's electrification strategy. It combines the IONIQ 5's standard global electric vehicle platform (E-GMP) with N Performance's motorsport technologies and the expertise of the 'Rolling Lab' to maximize the EV's high-performance capabilities.

The IONIQ 5 N is equipped with a large 84kWh battery pack and recalibrated electric motors. Specifically, the front electric motor produces 222 horsepower, while the rear motor produces 378 horsepower. Combined, the car produces 601 horsepower, but can reach up to 641 horsepower in Boost mode. The car has been described in the media as 'groundbreaking', 'game-changing' and 'the benchmark' for high-performance EVs. The IONIQ 5 N has also won the Top Gear Car of the Year 2023 Award and set a record for the fastest electric SUV lap time at the Nürburgring Nordschleife by Germany's 'Sport Auto'.
