Awarding 500 scholarships to disadvantaged students on the occasion of Bac Lieu - Ca Mau merger

On the afternoon of June 30, in Bac Lieu province, the Provincial People's Committee organized the program "Wings of Dreams" to award 500 scholarships to students from poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households in the area, to celebrate the merger of Bac Lieu and Ca Mau provinces.

The scholarship funds are drawn from the Vo Van Kiet Scholarship Fund, to encourage the spirit of learning and help students confidently go to school. “Wings of Dreams” is an annual program organized by the Bac Lieu Scholarship Association on holidays, Tet and important events, with profound humanitarian meaning, contributing to building a learning society, promoting lifelong learning in the community.
