Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat was formed on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population size of Wards 1, 2, 3, 4 and 10 of Da Lat City (old). After formation, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat has a natural area of 73.45 km² and a population of 103,178 people. This is also the central ward of Da Lat urban area - where the Administrative Center of the new Lam Dong province is located.

The ward's assessment shows that, in the past 5 years, patriotic emulation movements have been launched and implemented well in the locality. The ward has closely followed political tasks, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

The emulation and reward work is carried out by the locality in a public and transparent manner, ensuring compliance with regulations on standards, processes, procedures and time. The ward always focuses on rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals with good achievements in various fields, especially direct workers and residential groups with many contributions.

Many emulation movements launched by the Central and local governments have been implemented by the ward with outstanding results. For example, in the emulation movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" from 2020 to 2024, the locality has coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to disburse loans to 5,224 households for economic development, with a total amount of over 306 billion VND.

Or in infrastructure investment, in the past 5 years, with funding sources, the ward has invested and connected infrastructure with 71 projects, with a total cost of over 850 billion VND. In the movement to eliminate temporary houses, in the period of 2020 - 2025, the ward has built 8 new houses and repaired 7 Great Unity houses, with a total cost of 940 million VND...

The ward is also a typical unit of the province in building schools that meet national standards. Up to now, 17/19 public schools in the ward have met national standards (reaching a rate of 89.5%). The qualifications of the management staff and teachers in the education sector meet the requirements for teaching and learning, with 98.5% having a university degree or higher (of which 10.5% have a post-graduate degree).

During the period 2020 - 2025, the ward has 1 collective proposed to be awarded the Third Class Labor Medal and 1 collective and 2 individuals proposed to be awarded a certificate of merit by the Prime Minister.

From 2020 to 2025, the People's Committees of wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 10 (old) and public service units, medical, education and training units were commended by the Provincial People's Committee for 39 collectives and 297 individuals.

Over the past 5 years, the locality has promptly commended and rewarded 1,409 individuals and 981 groups.

At the Conference, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat proposed specific tasks and solutions to carry out patriotic emulation movements as well as for the commendation work in the period of 2025 - 2030. The key goal is to build a civilized, model urban ward, bright - green - clean - beautiful; develop high-quality tourism, associated with environmental protection; preserve cultural identity, improve people's lives.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Ward Nguyen Mau Ha awarded the Medal "For the cause of construction and development of Lam Dong province" to individuals.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat commended and awarded certificates of merit to 29 collectives and 51 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.

The Ward also awarded the "For the cause of construction and development of Lam Dong province" Medal of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee to 334 individuals.
