Dong Nai Province Youth Activity Center summarizes summer and gives gifts to children

(DN) - On the morning of August 17, Dong Nai Province Youth Activity Center held a ceremony to summarize the 2025 summer activities and award scholarships and gifts to children.

Summer 2025 takes place in the context of administrative unit rearrangement, but with the direction of Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union and the efforts of the staff and teachers, summer activities at the center are still maintained effectively, bringing children a safe and useful summer.

During the 3 summer months, the center opened more than 20 cultural, artistic, physical education and sports classes with more than 400 students participating. Notably, this year, for the first time, the center launched an AI class for teenagers. In addition, 2 military semester programs were also successfully organized, attracting 233 students to participate.

At the ceremony, Dong Nai Provincial Children's House awarded 10 scholarships to students who overcame difficulties and studied well at Tien Thanh Secondary School (Dong Xoai Ward); the center donated 30 cartons of milk and 30 cartons of nutritious food to children in Tan Loi Commune. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 7 teachers who had outstanding achievements in teaching summer gifted classes in 2025.

On this occasion, 25 outstanding students of gifted classes and 9 students of AI class also received certificates and rewards from the center and accompanying units.

Entering the new school year 2025-2026, Dong Nai Province Youth Activity Center said: The unit will continue to expand classes on giftedness, life skills, and foreign languages, contributing to the comprehensive training of the young generation, meeting the requirements of the new period.
