On the morning of July 25, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Sach visited and presented gifts to policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution in Hoi An commune, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025). At the same time, he surveyed the implementation of the two-level government in Hoi An commune.

Comrade Nguyen Van Sach visited and presented gifts to the family of Mrs. Ngo Thi Lan, a war invalid with a 21% reduction in working capacity, and Mr. Bui Quang Ca, a war invalid with a 61% reduction in working capacity.

At the places he visited, Comrade Nguyen Van Sach kindly inquired about the health and life of the wounded soldiers and expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions of the wounded soldiers in the cause of national liberation, construction and protection of the Fatherland. At the same time, he hoped that the families would preserve and promote revolutionary traditions and set an example in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.

On the same day, the delegation worked with the leaders of Hoi An commune to survey the implementation of the two-level government model after the merger. The delegation acknowledged the sense of responsibility and initiative of the commune's staff in serving the people and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
