Capture dangerous subjects

Today (June 15), Major General Le Vinh Quy - Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police sent a letter to all police officers and soldiers in the province to call for synchronous implementation of measures to fight and arrest the subjects who caused the incident in the early morning of June 11 .

According to a letter from Major General Le Vinh Quy, in the early morning of June 11, groups of people used weapons to attack the headquarters of two communes, Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur, Cu Kuin district, killing and injuring eight commune officials and commune police, and taking the lives of three people in the province; leaving behind immense pain and loss, causing confusion and anxiety among officials, party members and the masses.

These are barbaric, inhumane crimes that are highly condemnable and need to be fought and strictly handled before the law.

On behalf of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Provincial Police, Major General Le Vinh Quy called on all officers and soldiers to turn grief into revolutionary action; continue to synchronously and resolutely deploy measures to fight and capture those who caused the incident to strictly handle them according to regulations, quickly stabilize the situation and ideology among the masses.

In the letter, the Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police also called on the provincial police force to regularly care for, encourage and help the families of the soldiers who sacrificed their lives to help ease the pain of those left behind; and care for and encourage the wounded soldiers.

Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police Department requests all officers and soldiers of the provincial police:

Continuously train and improve political capacity and professional expertise; promote the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern force to meet mission requirements in the new situation;

Grasp the situation, strictly manage all types of subjects; be determined to fight uncompromisingly against plots and sabotage tricks of hostile and reactionary forces, all types of criminals, maintain political security, social order and safety, protect peace and happiness for the people...

At the same time, the Provincial Police Director requested all officers and soldiers of the provincial police to focus on promoting the movement of All people protecting national security to promote the combined strength of the entire political system and the masses in the cause of maintaining security and order, actively and proactively participating in the fight against crime; intensifying propaganda and mobilizing the masses to raise revolutionary awareness, be vigilant against the plots and tricks of enticing and sabotage by hostile and reactionary forces; absolutely not believing or listening to bad guys.

The announcement of the Ministry of Public Security said that, in relation to the serious incident that occurred in the early morning of June 11, as of the evening of June 14, the police force had arrested 46 subjects, of which 3 subjects surrendered or self-confessed. The police continue to call on related subjects to surrender or self-confess as soon as possible to receive leniency.

The Ministry of Public Security assessed that the subjects' actions were savage, barbaric, extremely dangerous, with extremely serious consequences, causing insecurity and disorder at the grassroots level. These are actions that need to be strongly condemned and promptly dealt with severely before the law.
