According to information from the Organizing Committee: In modern society, health care and nutritional balance are always of concern. However, malnutrition, stunting, micronutrient deficiencies, overweight and obesity are still common. In adults, many women face chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, obesity, etc.
As a representative organization, caring for and protecting the rights and interests of women, the Vietnam Women's Union considers improving knowledge and skills in health care and balanced nutrition for cadres, members and women as a key task.

At the program, officials, members, and women discussed with nutrition experts the importance of nutrition; appropriate diets for each age group and health status; and nutrition between generations in the family.
Nutritionists also suggest the 3-3-3 formula: 3 enough, 3 no, 3 clean to balance nutrition for the whole family. In which, "3 enough" includes: foods rich in carbohydrates, rich in protein, vegetables and fruits; "3 no" includes: not too much sugar, fat, salt; "3 clean" includes: clean ingredients, clean processing and preservation, clean hygiene.
