From October 3, the Traffic Police Department will organize the issuance and return of driver's licenses to citizens.

Accordingly, from October 3, the Traffic Police Department will issue and return driving licenses to citizens who have completed the procedures for changing and re-issuing driving licenses and candidates who have passed the driving tests.

In case of changing or re-issuing driving licenses, if citizens submit their applications directly from March 1 to March 30 in Khanh Hoa province (old), if they submit their applications at the Traffic Police Department, they will receive their driving licenses at the Center for Reception and Processing of Public Administrative Services - Provincial Police (No. 2 Le Thanh Ton, Nha Trang Ward); if they submit their applications at the Commune or Ward Police, they will receive their driving licenses at the Commune or Ward Police.

In case citizens submit their application directly from March 1 to March 9 in Ninh Thuan province (old), if they submit their application at the Traffic Police Department, they will receive their driving license at No. 2 Ha Huy Tap, Bao An ward; if they submit their application at the Commune or Ward Police, they will receive their driving license at the Commune or Ward Police. For cases where applications are submitted online (via the National Public Service Portal), when the driving license is available, the Traffic Police Department will send it to the registered address.

For testing cases, to facilitate candidates and avoid having to go to many places to receive results (records and driving licenses), the Traffic Police Department arranges officers to return driving licenses at training facilities according to the following schedule: Candidates taking the test from May 25 to 27 will receive them at the Central Technical College; candidates taking the test from May 29 to 30 will receive them at Nha Trang College of Technology; candidates taking the test from June 2 to 4 will receive them at the Ninh Hoa Center for Vocational Education, Driver Training and Testing.
