During the final working week of the 6th Session (from November 27 to 29), the National Assembly will vote to pass 5 draft laws and 5 draft resolutions, and at the same time, give opinions on a number of other important contents.

Accordingly, the draft laws voted and passed by the National Assembly include: Law on Identity Cards; Law on Housing (amended); Law on Water Resources (amended); Law on Real Estate Business (amended); Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level.

The draft resolutions voted and approved by the National Assembly include: Resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies on investment in road construction; Resolution on applying additional corporate income tax according to regulations against global tax base erosion; Resolution on the results of thematic supervision of "the implementation of the National Assembly's Resolutions on the National Target Programs on new rural construction for the 2021-2025 period, sustainable poverty reduction for the 2021-2025 period, and socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the 2021-2030 period".

In addition, also during this working week, the National Assembly discussed in the hall a number of draft laws: Law on the Capital (amended); Law on Archives (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction; Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization.

At the same time, give comments on the Government's reports on the preliminary summary of the pilot organization of urban government models in Hanoi and Da Nang cities and the results of 3 years of implementing urban government organization in Ho Chi Minh City.

In the closing session taking place on the morning of November 29, the National Assembly voted to approve the draft Resolution on questions and answers and the draft Resolution of the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Immediately after that, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue will deliver the closing speech of the session, concluding 23 days of focused and serious work.
