- Social networks are currently a channel for learning and entertainment for young people, but they also pose many potential risks to awareness and lifestyle. What solutions has the Provincial Youth Union taken to raise the sense of responsibility of young people when participating in social networks?

+ Over the years, the Youth Union at all levels in the province has always considered the orientation of using social networks safely and healthily as an important task in educating young people in ideals, ethics and lifestyles. Since 2022, the Provincial Youth Union has put into operation the online political theory learning and training toolkit at: hoctaplyluan.tinhdoanthanhnien.vn. This is an online platform for young people to study and practice anytime, anywhere.

In particular, the Provincial Youth Union organized 4 online competitions to learn 5 political theory lessons, including the topic "Identifying and evaluating the impact of social networks on the lifestyle of today's youth". 95,920 young people participated with over 175,000 exams. These numbers partly demonstrate the creative ways in which young people are willing to approach, learn and develop their courage in the face of conflicting and negative information on social networks.

- Besides online learning, it is known that the Provincial Youth Union also combines education on lifestyle, ethics and builds a healthy online environment for young people?

+ The Provincial Youth Union has deployed the project "Application of digital transformation in revolutionary ideal education and provincial tourism development", building a 3D digital map of 31 red addresses, historical and cultural relics in the province. Thanks to that, traditional educational activities become more vivid, connecting modern technology with the lives of young people.

The Provincial Youth Union organized training courses on skills in using the online political theory learning and training toolkit at 20/20 affiliated youth union units, and piloted it at 4 schools. As a result, 13 units regularly applied it, organized 17 online competitions, and attracted more than 150,000 young union members to participate.

The movements: “One good deed a day, one good deed a week”, “Good examples around us” have had over 92,000 young union members register to practice themselves. This is the way to turn social networks into a space to spread examples of good people and good deeds, thereby limiting deviant and negative trends. At the same time, the core force of the Provincial Youth Union in group 35 regularly posts and shares articles refuting false information, protecting the Party's ideological foundation on cyberspace.

- Could you tell us what tasks and solutions the Provincial Youth Union continues to have to enhance the responsibility of young people when using social networks?

+ The Provincial Youth Union identified a number of key directions and solutions: Strengthening leadership, closely coordinating with Party committees, authorities, schools and families to create a synchronous environment in educating awareness of using social networks for young people; promoting the role of the Youth Union - Association - Team in gathering and orienting the ideology of young people; promoting political activities, online discussions and dialogues to promptly grasp and correct distorted perceptions.

At the same time, innovate propaganda and education methods in a way that is close and attractive to young people; increase the application of digital technology, artificial intelligence, clips, and infographics to spread positive information on social networks; widely deploy the model of safe social network use in schools, replicate effective methods from the grassroots; and link revolutionary action movements with useful and healthy online playgrounds.

Along with that, continue to foster digital capacity for Youth Union - Association - Pioneer cadres; equip young union members with "immunity" skills against bad and toxic information; spread the movement "One good deed every day, one good deed every week", making beautiful stories and shining examples the main content on the cyberspace of Quang Ninh youth.
