With the message "Connecting people with production and business", the 2025 Autumn Fair is expected to become a space that combines trade, culture and creativity, helping Vietnamese products and services affirm their value and identity in the integration flow.
In that overall picture, the Copyright Office is one of the units playing a role in the process of building and implementing the Vietnam Cultural Essence Zone, clearly demonstrating the spirit of connection between production, business and cultural creation, contributing to realizing the strategy of developing Vietnam's cultural industries.
The Vietnam Cultural Quintessence Zone has an area of about 10,000m², located in the central area of the Fair, including: the central stage area (7,000m²) and a system of 7 booths (3,000m²) representing key cultural industries: Tourism, software-games, publishing, cinema, performing arts, sports, fine arts -fashion-handicrafts.
During the 10-day festival, the central stage will continuously host art programs, seminars, trade signings, artist and athlete exchanges, and cultural product introductions, contributing to creating a vibrant atmosphere, inspiring creativity and cultural consumption.
As the unit assigned by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to undertake content work at the Vietnam Cultural Essence Sub-area, the Copyright Office becomes the nucleus connecting cultural fields with commercial and copyright activities.
Up to now, there are about 70 businesses registered to participate with more than 200 booths, including 18 provinces and cities participating in tourism booths, 21 publishers and publishing enterprises, along with many film, performing arts, sports, fashion and handicraft units... demonstrating the attractiveness and gathering ability of the cultural-creative exhibition area at this year's Autumn Fair.

According to the Organizing Committee, the establishment of the Vietnam Cultural Essences Zone is a concrete step to realize the policy of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on building unique cultural products in fair-festival events to affirm Vietnam's position in cultural exchange activities in the Southeast Asian region. At the same time, this is also a premise to replicate the model at domestic and international events.
The Copyright Office has coordinated with the Departments, General Departments and units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in developing content plans, organizing performances, communications, signing trade agreements and promoting cultural industrial products.
In addition to its organizational role, the Copyright Office is also contributing to shaping a new development mindset: considering copyright as the foundation of creativity, creativity as the driving force of sustainable development. Each product, work or cultural brand introduced at the Fair not only has economic value, but is also the crystallization of knowledge, identity and Vietnamese soul.
In the cultural industry development strategy for the 2025-2030 period, with a vision to 2045, promoting awareness of copyright, intellectual property and creative value is identified as a pillar to form "soft power", making culture a bridge, copyright a guarantee and creativity a driving force for the nation.
The 2025 Autumn Fair, with the Vietnam Cultural Essences Section, the Copyright Office and units of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism have been making efforts to affirm the message: Developing cultural industries is a journey to preserve, spread and enhance national identity in the digital age.
The Copyright Office signed a contract with Tiktok to spread the quintessence of Vietnamese culture.
The subdivision is designed like a multi-layered picture of Vietnamese identity with the beauty of the past and present in harmony, tradition and creativity go hand in hand. Five functional areas: Exhibition, performance, cuisine, experience, young creativity... will bring a unique story about how Vietnamese people today preserve, renew and spread heritage.
Before a national-scale event like the 2025 Autumn Fair, copyright issues are one of the core pillars to ensure the sustainable development of the entire cultural industrial space. Each work, each product displayed here has its own creative value, and therefore, needs to be protected, recognized, and exploited properly.
It is at the scale of a large fair that copyright becomes a professional measure of a creative culture. When a product is displayed with a copyright certificate, when a performance is copyrighted, when the image of an artist, a song, a design or software is used in accordance with regulations, it not only demonstrates compliance with the law but also shows respect for the intelligence, effort and dignity of the creator.
In that context, the Copyright Office has contributed to shaping a new perception of creative value in the cultural economy. The Copyright Office's direct participation in the 2025 Autumn Fair represents an important step forward in transforming copyright from a legal concept to an essential element in the process of producing, promoting and commercializing cultural products.
Copyright, therefore, is not left out of the creative game, but is the foundation for creativity to be nurtured and spread. In the coming years, when Vietnam aims to develop cultural industries into one of the pillars of the national economy, building a copyright-respecting environment in a transparent, professional and integrated manner will be a prerequisite.
