Mr. Chu Tien Dat and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao are the two people that the Party Executive Committee searched for, found and invited to be Chairman and General Director of VTC Corporation.

VTC Corporation was once glorious under the reign of Mr. Thai Minh Tan, former Chairman and General Director of VTC. But after glory came decline. That is also normal. Going down can lead to further decline and decline or going up to remain glorious, creating a new glorious period.

Mr. Chu Tien Dat and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao are two children who grew up in the VTC house, have been raised by VTC for 20 years, have grown up, some have also moved away from VTC. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen's term as Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications Industry was extended. The remaining 15 months are not long but not short either.
