Viettel Lao Cai's information response force has been deployed on duty 24/24 hours, promptly arriving at the scene, checking, welding cables, rebuilding transmission lines and fully preparing spare materials to ensure information serving the direction, rescue and relief work as well as the communication needs of people in the disaster area.


By the morning of October 1, 91% of the interrupted broadcasting stations had been restored; the remaining 9% were inaccessible due to landslides and flooding, and are expected to be completed on October 2.
