On the afternoon of October 8, according to a private source of Dan Tri reporter, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district, Nghe An province requested Nghia Loc Kindergarten (central cluster, Tho Dong hamlet, Nghia Loc commune) to temporarily suspend Ms. D.TS - the person assigned to look after the 5-year-old children in class A2 of the school.

"The district chairman has directed to temporarily suspend Ms. S. from teaching work from today (October 8). We are making a decision to temporarily suspend Ms. S.", a source revealed to Dan Tri reporter.

A source from the authorities added that the incident occurred around 2:30-4:15 p.m. on October 7 in class 5 years old A2, Nghia Loc Kindergarten, with 3 children being abused, including: CTTC, C.D.M. and VTKN (all born in 2019, residing in Thinh Hong hamlet, Nghia Loc commune).

Child C. had many marks on both shoulders and legs (from thighs to feet), and swelling on the head and cheeks. Child M. had many marks on both thighs and swelling on the head. Child N. had marks on the head, legs, and arms.

"The initial cause was that Tr.Ng.QA (born 2019), a student in the same class from Hai Dong hamlet, used a plastic ruler and a glue stick to beat the three children above. The children are being treated at a medical facility and have recovered," said Mr. Lai Van Duong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Loc commune.

Meanwhile, according to a report from Nghia Loc Kindergarten, class 5 years old A2 was managed by two teachers Tr.QM and LTL. At the time the children were abused, both teachers were assigned by the Board of Directors to do other work and assigned to Ms. D.TS to manage.

However, Ms. S. did not manage the class regularly, which allowed the above incident to happen.
