Over the past 7 months, Bu Gia Map National Park has focused on deploying provincial and central directives and laws on forest protection and development to civil servants, public employees, workers as well as local people, especially the 3 buffer zone communes of the park. Focusing on directing the forest rangers to coordinate with the communities contracted to protect the forest to organize patrols, inspect forest protection, prevent and fight forest fires throughout the park.

The work of protecting and handling violations related to illegal exploitation of animals and forest products has been maintained. Rescue, conservation and development of ecotourism continues to be maintained stably. In the past 7 months, the garden has welcomed 4.7 thousand visitors to visit and experience. In addition, the garden regularly conducts biodiversity monitoring activities and tracks rare wildlife throughout the park's forest area...

In the process of implementing the organizational arrangement of the political system, Bu Gia Map National Park has strictly implemented the instructions and regulations of the province, departments and branches. Up to now, it has initially operated stably and orderly, ensuring political tasks as required.

In addition to the achieved results, in recent times, Bu Gia Map National Park still has difficulties and limitations such as: The prevention of illegal forest intrusion is not thorough, because the park is located adjacent to the border of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the old Dak Nong province; the forest rangers are still confused in implementing the administrative penalty procedure for violators of foreign nationality; the appraisal and approval of feasibility study reports on investment in construction projects to protect and develop forests in the park still exist and have problems.

To effectively carry out the task of forest protection, fire prevention and fighting, Bu Gia Map National Park proposed that provincial leaders, departments and branches approve the policy of installing a forest fire warning system and purchasing specialized equipment to apply technology to serve the task of forest protection, fire prevention and fighting and biodiversity conservation. At the same time, direct relevant agencies to coordinate with the park in adjusting the sustainable forest management plan for the period 2021-2030; prepare an outline and estimate for the construction of the Eco-tourism Resort Project for the period 2025-2030, with a vision to 2040 in accordance with the investment capacity of Dong Nai province...

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang acknowledged the opinions and recommendations of the Board of Directors of the garden. Regarding some issues, the Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee requested a more detailed review and report, and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to review and advise the Provincial People's Committee on solutions. Regarding the sustainable forest development plan, the garden management board must proactively adjust to complete it, submit it to competent authorities for appraisal, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee as soon as possible. According to the Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, the sustainable forest development plan is the basis for the garden to take the next steps in managing, protecting and promoting the values of the forest, especially developing forest ecotourism.

In addition, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to acknowledge the difficulties of border guards and arrange support funds according to regulations.
