Specifically, the projects that have had their compensation and site clearance problems resolved include: Component 1 Project, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project Phase 1; Song Nhan - Dau Giay Road; upgrading, expanding the road surface and building technical infrastructure for Moi Nuoc Road, Phuoc Long Ward; construction of N3 Road Phase 1, Road No. 10 in the Cultural - Information - Sports Center of the old Vinh Cuu District; detailed construction planning 1/500 of the project for the surrounding land area, investment project to build Road 770B in the old Suoi Nho Commune, now Xuan Bac Commune; Route 2 (according to the planning is connecting route No. 3), the beginning of the route intersects with Provincial Road 741, the end of the route intersects with Dong Phu - Binh Duong Road; upgrading the road from Xa Cat intersection to Viet Kieu Industrial Park; main road from Tan Khai Commune to Tan Quan Commune; Build roads from Tan Khai commune connecting with roads to Tan Quan, Tan Khai and Minh Duc communes.

Besides, some other projects have also made progress in mobilizing people's consensus and are taking steps according to regulations in compensation and site clearance.

However, according to the Department of Finance, there are still 164 projects in the province that are facing difficulties and problems in compensation and site clearance, and have not yet handed over 100% of the site area for construction. Therefore, the Department of Finance recommends that departments, branches, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and branches coordinate with localities to quickly resolve problems related to compensation and site clearance.
