Ba Chuc Commune deploys consulting points to support people in carrying out administrative procedures

On the afternoon of August 28, the People's Committee of Ba Chuc commune (An Giang province) organized a consultation point to support people in performing administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal in 4 hamlets: An Thanh, An Hoa B, Thanh Luong and Vinh Hoa.

At the consultation points, people were guided by Ba Chuc commune officials and members of the community digital technology team on how to register and log in to their accounts on the National Public Service Portal; how to submit applications online, look up application processing status and operations related to online public services.

People are also consulted and have their questions answered about administrative procedures under the authority of the Commune People's Committee, and the benefits of using online public services.
