Attending the conference were Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council Nguyen Quang Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee To Tuan Anh; leaders of departments, heads of villages and hamlets and representatives of enterprises, cooperatives and business households located in the commune.
Reporting at the conference, the People's Committee of Dak Lieng commune said that in the first 9 months of 2025, despite facing many difficulties, the socio -economic situation of the commune continued to maintain a stable development momentum. Specifically, the total production value (according to 2010 comparative prices) is estimated at 461 billion VND.

The whole commune currently has 30 enterprises, 13 cooperatives operating in the fields of agriculture , services and 164 individual business households operating, mainly in the fields of small construction, trade - services and agricultural processing. The total revenue of enterprises, cooperatives and business households in the commune in the first 9 months of 2025 reached about 138 billion VND, the total revenue paid to the state budget reached nearly 4.9 billion VND.

Enterprises and business establishments in the area have created regular jobs for more than 350 local workers, with the average income of workers reaching about 7-8 million VND/month. Cooperatives, especially agricultural cooperatives, have developed in both quantity and quality, with diversified operating models and service provision linked to the value chain.
Along with business activities, in recent years, enterprises, cooperatives, and business households in the commune have actively participated in social security activities, supporting gratitude funds and funds for the poor.

At the conference, representatives of enterprises and cooperatives frankly pointed out a number of existing problems and difficulties: Many enterprises, cooperatives and business households have not had full and timely access to new mechanisms and policies of the Central and the province; credit support policies, training, and technology transfer still lack flexibility and are not really suitable for the characteristics and small scale of business establishments.
At the same time, enterprises and cooperatives raised a number of opinions and recommendations to localities on creating the most favorable conditions for administrative procedures; supporting and guiding business households and cooperatives to convert their operating models in accordance with new regulations.

In the coming time, it is recommended that the commune's specialized departments and offices must closely work with enterprises, cooperatives, and business households to support, share, and promptly reflect and propose to competent authorities to remove obstacles, difficulties, and shortcomings in the process of operation and development. In addition, enterprises and cooperatives need to closely follow programs and resolutions on private economic development to build increasingly developed units. Localities also encourage cadres, party members, and people to use goods and products produced and traded by enterprises, cooperatives, and households in the area to support and motivate the development of units.
