Thieu Hoa Commune: Smooth procedures, no difficulty for people and businesses

Identifying administrative reform as a key task, right from the first days of operating the new government model, Thieu Hoa commune has drastically implemented many solutions to ensure the apparatus operates smoothly and stably. Along with perfecting human resources, the commune thoroughly imbues the spirit of service, improves discipline and administrative discipline to all cadres, civil servants and workers. Each department and each individual is assigned specific tasks, clear people, clear work.

From July 1 to 16, the Center received and processed 1,775 administrative records in the following fields: Justice, civil status, authentication, land, construction, finance, accounting, culture, society... Of which, 529 records were processed on time and before the deadline, no records were overdue or returned.

Chairman of Thieu Hoa Commune People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Hieu shared: "We determined that the Public Administration Service Center is not only a place to receive and process documents, but also a place to show the image and prestige of the government in the eyes of the people. We must do everything so that when people come, they will be served attentively, without being bothered, without wasting time traveling back and forth many times."

In parallel with the operation of the “one-stop shop” process, Thieu Hoa commune has promoted the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures and promoting online public services. People and businesses can proactively carry out procedures at home and monitor the processing progress online, contributing to reducing direct contact and increasing transparency.

In addition, the commune pays special attention to building a friendly administrative culture, avoiding mechanical and rigid working. Vulnerable groups such as the elderly and poor households are enthusiastically supported in carrying out administrative procedures.
