Which country is easiest to get a Schengen visa to?

I am planning to travel to Europe and am planning to apply for a visa to Austria, but am wondering if the success rate is high?

I am preparing to go to Austria to travel and attend my best friend's wedding in August. I would like to ask if many people apply for tourist visas to Austria? I see that many people traveling to Europe mainly apply for visas to France, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain.
