Ulsan City ( Korea ) will publish a " Crime Prevention Guidebook " for foreigners in 3 languages ​​including Vietnamese, English, and Chinese.

According to a VNA reporter in Seoul, the Ulsan Police Department announced on May 22 that the content of the handbook is based on the Korean version of the Crime Prevention Handbook compiled and published by the Ulsan Police Department in 2022.

In particular, the manual was translated into foreign languages ​​using the ChatGPT artificial intelligence application, then went through two reviews and revisions by the Ulsan Foreign Residents Support Center and the Foreign Affairs Department of the Ulsan Police Agency.

The handbook covers four major topics including domestic violence, sexual violence, school violence and child abuse.

The handbook is also produced as an e-book on the Ulsan Police Station website (ulsan.go.kr/uapc) so that users can access it anytime and anywhere, and it is also easy and convenient for foreigners to find information on crime prevention and response.

At the end of January, the Ulsan City Foreign Residents Support Center also published a foreign language version of the Ulsan City News e-newspaper in a total of 11 languages, including Vietnamese .

According to Ulsan city's population statistics, as of 2020, the total population in Ulsan was 324,527 people, including 4,463 foreigners, accounting for 7.27% of the total population of this locality./.
