Early morning on May 28, a serious fire broke out at a house in Da Nam village, Yen Phu commune, Yen Dinh district, killing two people.

According to information from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, at 6:45 a.m. on May 28, Center 114 received a report from residents about a fire at a house in Da Nam village, Yen Phu commune, Yen Dinh. According to the report of the Commune Police, at the time of the fire, there were 2 people in the house.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 4 dispatched 2 fire trucks with officers and soldiers to the scene, coordinated with local forces, and deployed fire fighting and rescue measures.

Fire Police and Rescue Force dispatched vehicles and equipment to extinguish the fire.

By 8:20 a.m. the same day, the fire was under control and completely extinguished. However, two people in the house were confirmed dead, namely MTY (born in 1978) and D.VT (born in 1968).

Authorities are investigating the cause and handling the case according to the law.
