Ingredient:
- 200g tiger prawns
- 1 avocado
- 10 rice paper rolls
- 2 lettuces
- 20g basil
- 2 cucumbers
- 100g purple cabbage
- 1 carrot
- Seasoning: Aji-Steamed sesame sauce, Aji-Quick seasoning, crispy fried dry batter.
Preparation: Wash lettuce and basil, drain. Thinly slice purple cabbage. Cut cucumber into strips or slices. Shred carrots. Remove seeds, peel, and thinly slice avocado.
Directions: Boil shrimp, peel, split in half or toss shrimp with Aji-Quick seasoning, dry-fry until crispy; pan-fry until golden brown on both sides. Brush water evenly on the rice paper and spread it on a large flat plate, arrange avocado, cucumber, shrimp, lettuce, basil on the rice paper, fold both sides of the rice paper in and roll tightly, repeat until all ingredients are used up. Dip directly with Aji-sauce.

Four Season Salad - a cool "garden" for hot summer days
Ingredient:
- 200g lettuce
- 50g sprouts
- 50g carrots
- 50g purple cabbage
- 20g shredded pickled shallots
- 1/2 cucumber
- 30g cherry tomatoes
- 10 quail eggs:
- Seasoning: Aji-Xot roasted sesame sauce
Preparation: Wash and drain lettuce, bean sprouts, and cherry tomatoes. Wash and peel cucumber, remove seeds, and slice. Peel and wash carrots, then shred. Wash and thinly slice purple cabbage. Boil and peel quail eggs.
How to use: Place the salad on a plate, add shredded pickled shallots, cherry tomatoes, boiled quail eggs on top, then drizzle a little Aji-Xot sesame sauce on top and reserve a bowl of sauce for dipping.
Boiled vegetables with rustic roasted sesame sauce, served with rice
Ingredient:
- 150g carrots
- 150g potatoes
- 1 chayote
- 100g green beans
- 150g cabbage
- 150g okra
- 100g sweet cabbage
- Seasoning: salt, roasted sesame sauce Aji-Xot
Preparation: Peel and wash carrots, potatoes, and chayote. Use a wavy vegetable cutter to cut into 5-6 cm long sticks. Cut green beans, bok choy, and Chinese cabbage into 5-6 cm sticks. Wash okra.
Directions: Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 2 tablespoons of salt, then boil the vegetables in order: carrots, potatoes, chayote, green beans, okra, cabbage, and bok choy so that the vegetables are cooked evenly. Once the vegetables are cooked, take them out and put them in a bowl of water to cool, then remove them and drain. Soak the vegetables in ice cold water to keep their beautiful color, nutrients, and to make them taste better.
How to use: Put the vegetables on a plate, serve with Aji-Xot sesame sauce.
