Accordingly, for 54 communes and wards that have reported, with about 509 projects to be implemented, in the period up to 2030, the demand for resettlement land plots to be arranged for households when implementing projects is more than 26 thousand plots.

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the unit has received reports from 12/23 Regional Project Management Boards on the number of resettlement area construction projects that are being implemented and will be implemented in the period from 2026 to 2030. Accordingly, 12 Regional Project Management Boards said that they are implementing 15 resettlement area construction projects in the province with a total of more than 5,600 resettlement land lots after completion of construction. In the period of 2026 to 2030, about 28 more projects will be implemented with a total of more than 12,000 resettlement land lots expected to be provided.

Previously, in early July 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued a document assigning the People's Committees of communes and wards to review and compile statistics on resettlement needs until 2030 in the area to be proactive in resettlement arrangements for people when implementing projects. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested that communes and wards must submit reports to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center on resettlement needs in the area until 2030 before July 20. After the above time, any locality that does not have a report is considered to have no need for resettlement arrangements and the Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune or ward must be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee.

Based on reports from communes and wards, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue an investment plan to build resettlement areas in the province for the period 2026-2030.
