Urgently implement site clearance for Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway

On October 3, at the headquarters of the Commune Party Committee, the People's Committee of Tan Hoi Commune coordinated with relevant units to organize a conference to officially launch the work of measuring, counting and building land prices for the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway project. This is a key step to ensure the progress and legitimate rights of people in the project area. Comrade Thai Van Son - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Hoi Commune chaired the conference.

Attending the event were representatives of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, commune leaders, commune police, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, and secretaries, village chiefs, and heads of the front work committees of three villages: Sre Dang, Thai Son, and Bia Ray.

The main objective of the conference is to unify the plan for investigation, survey, measurement, inventory of assets, and development of compensation land prices. All of this is to ensure strictness, objectivity, transparency, compliance with legal regulations, and at the same time protect the legitimate rights of people affected by this national key project.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing a number of contents, such as: Plan for implementing land inventory and clearance work proposed by the Land Fund Development Center; Method for developing compensation land prices.

In particular, the conference spent a lot of time listening directly to opinions from representatives of Sre Dang, Thai Son, Bia Ray villages - where the expressway passes through - to have more practical information and give clearer, more specific explanations to the people. The parties also emphasized the need for close coordination between the Commune People's Committee, the Fatherland Front, the Police, and the People's Committees of the villages to create the highest consensus among the people.

Identifying the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project as a key national project, of great significance to the socio -economic development of Lam Dong province and Tan Hoi commune in particular, the participating members agreed that site clearance (GPMB) is an extremely important item, and the progress needs to be accelerated to soon have a "clean site" to hand over to the contractor.

At the conference, Vice Chairman of Thai Van Son commune gave a specific timeline: The work of measuring, counting and establishing compensation land prices will begin from October 6, 2025 and must be completed by October 25, 2025; The compensation, support and resettlement plan must be established and publicly posted by the end of October 2025.

On the other hand, it is recommended that the Land Fund Development Center allocate sufficient human resources, implement the project in a rolling manner for each village, and regularly discuss with the Tan Hoi Commune Land Acquisition and Clearance Working Group to promptly resolve problems. At the same time, the Commune Economic Department closely coordinates with the Fatherland Front, the Police, and the People's Committees of the villages to strengthen propaganda, mobilization, persuasion, and create high consensus among the people. Tan Hoi also sets a goal: by December 31, 2025, the land acquisition work must reach 70% and be completed 100% by January 31, 2026 to hand over the entire site to the project investor.
