+ 300g chocolate
+ 6 teaspoons cooking oil

Making:
Wash and dry strawberries. Put the white, pink, and dark chocolate into 3 heat-resistant bowls and melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Use a spoon to mix well, repeat until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Next, dip the fresh strawberries into melted chocolate, roll them in colored candy, and nut powder while the chocolate is still wet. Finally, place them on wax paper and wait until the chocolate dries and hardens. If you want to decorate more, wait until the first layer of chocolate is completely dry, then heat the remaining chocolate, put it in a piping bag, and decorate as desired.
3. Flower egg roll
Ingredients to make flower egg rolls:
+ 4 chicken eggs
+ 1 sausage
+ Green onions
+ Seasoning fish sauce, pepper
Making:
Step 1: Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, separate the egg whites from the remaining 2 eggs and put the egg yolks in a separate bowl, season to taste, and stir gently with chopsticks to blend.
Step 2: Cut sausage into thin slices, use flower-shaped cutters, cut the remaining into small pieces and put in a bowl, chop green onions.

4. Grilled oysters with cheese

Ingredient:
+ 10 oysters
+ 100gr Mozzarella cheese
+ 30ml unsweetened fresh milk
+ 10g butter
+ 1 chicken egg
+ Mayonnaise sauce
Making:
Step 1: Clean oysters and drain.
Step 2: Steam 30ml of fresh milk over low heat, then add 50gr of mayonnaise, butter, and a little salt and stir until dissolved. Next, add 1 egg yolk and 2/3 of the cheese and stir. When the cheese mixture thickens, turn off the heat, wait for it to cool down, then scoop the mixture onto the shelled oysters. Ingredients for cooking pigeon sticky rice:
+ 500gr sticky rice
+ 1 dove
+ 200gr coconut milk
+ 200gr fresh lotus seeds
+ 2gr cardamom, cinnamon and star anise
Making:
Step 1: Clean the pigeon, burn the outer skin until golden brown so that the meat is firm and fragrant. Add cardamom and cinnamon to the pot of water, boil for 20 minutes, then add the pigeon to boil until done. Then, tear into large strands, mix with cooked sticky rice and stuff into a mold.
Step 2: Soak the sticky rice for 2-3 hours, rinse it again and steam it. Use your hands to spread the rice evenly and spread the lotus seeds with the outer silk layer removed, the lotus heart on top, steam for about 45 minutes. When the sticky rice is almost done, drizzle with coconut milk and watch the heat until the sticky rice is cooked.
