9 department-level leaders of Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department apply for early retirement

On the morning of February 12, Quang Ninh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision of the Provincial Police Director on early retirement for 9 department-level leaders.

Including 5 Department Heads and 4 Deputy Department Heads, Deputy Heads of District Police, including: Colonel Le Duc Hien (born 1966) - Head of Logistics Department; Colonel Nguyen Duc Quy (born 1966) - Chief Inspector of Provincial Police; Colonel Nguyen Hai Phong (born 1969) - Head of Mobile Police Department; Lieutenant Colonel Le Dinh Dong (born 1966) - Head of Records Department; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Van Thuc (born 1967) - Head of Immigration Management Department; Colonel Vu Minh Duc (born 1966) - Deputy Head of Dong Trieu City Police; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Dinh (born 1965) - Deputy Head of Cam Pha City Police; Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Quoc Thong (born 1967) - Deputy Head of Van Don District Police and Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Vinh (born 1967) - Deputy Head of Records Department.

Implementing the policy of the Politburo , the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Public Security Director, the 9 department-level leaders of the Quang Ninh Provincial Public Security Department all voluntarily submitted applications for early retirement to facilitate the arrangement and streamlining of the Provincial Public Security Department's organizational structure in the coming time.

Party committees and leaders of units and localities all 100% agreed to the request of the Provincial Police to allow 9 retired officers to enjoy retirement benefits.
