Age of Empires II gets new expansion to celebrate 25 years of release

According to TechSpot , the fact that Age of Empires II continues to receive official expansion packs 25 years after its release is a testament to the enduring appeal of this classic game. Fan-created content plays a vital role in the game's longevity, as evidenced by the latest expansion, which adds over 12 campaigns next month.

A new DLC pack for Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition called 'Victors and Vanquished' is now available for pre-order. It's the sixth installment for the Definitive Edition and the 11th for the full game, and promises new campaigns, scenarios, music , and gameplay mechanics. The DLC is expected to release on March 14 for $12.99.
