NDO - Bach Long Vi is one of the two island districts of Hai Phong and the farthest island in the Gulf of Tonkin. During the recent storm No. 3 (Yagi), many facilities and trees on the island were damaged. However, with the strength of solidarity, the army and people of the island district joined hands to overcome the severe consequences after the storm, bringing life back to normal and stable. We arrived in Bach Long Vi in the middle of November with beautiful weather. Blue sky, white clouds, endless sea. The fishing logistics center was bustling with buyers and sellers. On the main roads, units were hanging banners and slogans to celebrate the National Great Unity Day.
