Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van holds the position of Secretary of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030

(Chinhphu.vn) – Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, was appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On September 11, the 1st Quang Ngai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, officially opened. This is the first provincial Party Congress in the country.

The congress was attended by 450 delegates, including 384 appointed delegates and 66 ex-officio delegates, representing 91,788 party members in the entire provincial Party Committee. Of these, 95 were female delegates, accounting for 21.11%, and 76 were ethnic minority delegates, accounting for 16.89%.

At the Congress, Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the Presidium, announced Decision No. 2319-QDNS/TW, dated September 10, 2025 of the Politburo appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030.

According to the decision of the Politburo, the Executive Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 68 comrades; the Standing Committee consists of 17 comrades.

Specifically, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 17 comrades, including: Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. U Huan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Lu Ngoc Binh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Mr. Huynh Quoc Huy, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Ms. Truong Thi Linh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Mr. Ngo Van Trong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Ms. Y Thi Bich Tho, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Nguyen The Hai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ms. Y Ngoc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Cao Phuc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Luong Kim Son, Head of the Management Board of Dung Quat Economic Zone and Industrial Parks of the province; Mr. Tran The Phan, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Mr. Ho Song An, Director of the Provincial Police; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Secretary of the Kon Tum Ward Party Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van affirmed that this is a great honor and also a huge political responsibility of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

On behalf of the first Executive Committee, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van emphasized that this trust is an unconditional order, requiring each member of the Executive Committee to devote all their heart, intelligence, and tireless efforts to successfully carry out the goals and tasks of the 2025-2030 term. The Provincial Party Executive Committee must be the center of solidarity, exemplary, and pioneering role in leading the entire Party Committee and people of the province to overcome difficulties, create comprehensive breakthroughs, bring Quang Ngai to rapid and sustainable development, and improve the quality of people's lives.

The Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee called for the consensus and support of Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, the business community and all people in the province in implementing the Congress Resolution. At the same time, he pledged that the Executive Committee will always be receptive, listen to the opinions and contributions of the people, continue the precious tradition of previous generations, constantly innovate, build a clean and strong Party organization, and make Quang Ngai a fairly developed province by 2030.
