In Tam Tien commune, heavy rain all night caused local flooding; some culverts overflowed, and traffic was cut off.
During the night, the authorities assisted the people in moving their belongings to a safe place. Currently, on Road 294B through Tam Tien Commune, there is a landslide. The authorities have put up warning signs and assigned people to be on duty nearby to warn the people.

Up to now, the localities in the irrigation and drainage basins of the two single-member limited liability companies exploiting the Bac Duong and Nam Duong irrigation works still have about 20,000 hectares of unharvested winter-spring rice.
In response to the forecast of rainfall caused by the circulation of storm No. 11, following the direction of the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the operational plan developed at the beginning of the season, from October 5 and 6, the two units mobilized more than 200 pumps at the drainage pumping stations: Van Thai A, Kenh Vang, Nhat Trai, Nghia Dao, Dai Dong Thanh, Kim Doi I, Kim Doi II, Hien Luong, Trinh Xa, Tri Phuong, Tan Chi, Thai Hoa... to pump and drain buffer water during off-peak hours to bring water from the fields to the river.
