On the afternoon of June 20, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City held a conference to review one year of implementing the program "Responsible Green Tick". At the event, Bach Hoa XANH was honored to be authorized by the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City to manage the "Responsible Green Tick" mark.

Being empowered to proactively implement the “Responsible Green Tick” is not only a recognition of Bach Hoa XANH’s continuous efforts in controlling product quality, but also a strong commitment to protecting consumer rights.

Bach Hoa XANH is authorized by the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City to manage the "Green Tick of Responsibility" mark.

“Responsible Green Tick” is an identification label for products with guaranteed origin, production process and quality standards. Supermarkets and suppliers voluntarily announce production processes, quality standards, commit to take responsibility for products and prevent defective products right from the production stage. As a retail system with more than 2,100 supermarkets nationwide, Bach Hoa XANH has quickly deployed the program to the entire chain, closely cooperating with suppliers to strictly monitor from source to shelf. Products that meet standards will be labeled “Responsible Green Tick”, helping consumers easily identify safe products.

A highlight of the program is the rapid response monitoring mechanism. In case of detecting a product violation, the retail system will immediately suspend the business of the item, request the supplier to report and correct it within 24 hours. If the supplier does not respond, the retail system will stop importing the goods and may publicly disclose the violation to consumers.

Conference to review one year of implementing the program "Green Tick of Responsibility" organized by the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City

According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, the “Responsible Green Tick” program, which has been implemented since March 2024, has brought positive results. Deputy Director Nguyen Nguyen Phuong emphasized that transparency is a key factor in the supply chain, because just one irresponsible link can affect the entire system and consumers are the ones who suffer the most. Therefore, empowering distribution systems to take the initiative will help speed up the progress, expand the scale of the program and bring quality products closer to consumers.
